Antipasto Salad

Serves 4 people
2 hearts of Romaine lettuce or 8 heads Little Gem lettuce
4 cups Giardiniera mix
½ cup sliced salami
½ cup Italian dressing
1 package Asiago Pepper Jack Cello Whisps
  1. Cut the Romaine hearts or Little Gem lettuce into quarters and arrange onto 4 plates.
  2. Drain the Giardiniera mix and divide evenly between the 4 plates, Sprinkle each salad with some of the sliced salami.
  3. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons dressing.
  4. Garnish with Asiago Pepper Jack Cello Whisps.
