Bacon BBQ Cheese Log

4 slices bacon

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8oz)

3oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

1 tablespoon preferred barbecue sauce (sugar-free if keto)

1 package (about 1 cup) Bacon BBQ Whisps, finely crumbled



  1. In a large skillet over medium heat cook bacon, turning occasionally, until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. When cool, finely crumble.
  2. In a food processor combine Cheddar, cream cheese, barbecue sauce, and half the crumbled bacon. Pulse until well-combined and scrape mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Use plastic wrap to help shape the mixture into a 6” long log, wrap tightly, and refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
  3. On a plate combine remaining crumbled bacon and Whisps. Unwrap cheese log and roll in Whisps mixture to coat. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
