2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup sugar
¼ cup fresh orange juice
35 Parmesan WhispsⓇ
1 cup pecan halves, toasted
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- In a medium saucepan combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
- Arrange Whisps on a serving platter. Place a thin slice of brie on top of each Whisp. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and a pecan half. Sprinkle with rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
