Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Makes 4 servings


3 cups ¾” watermelon cubes, seeded

1 English cucumber, diced

¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves

1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

¾ cup Tomato-Basil Whisps, roughly crushed



  1. In a large bowl toss together watermelon, cucumber, mint, basil, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Sprinkle with Whisps and serve immediately.
