Guacamole Dip with Whisps

Serves 4-6


3 Hass avocados, halved, seeded and peeled 1 lime, juiced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cayenne

½ medium red onion, diced

½ jalapeno, seeded & diced

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced

  1. In a bowl, mash avocado & combine with lime juice, salt, cayenne, red onion, jalapeno, garlic & cilantro.
