Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Spread

Makes 6 servings


1 cup drained jarred roasted red peppers

⅓ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

½ cup toasted almonds, chopped

¼ cup olive oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 package Tomato Basil Parmesan Whisps



  1. In a food processor combine peppers, tomatoes, almonds, oil, garlic, vinegar, and paprika. Process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve spread with Whisps.
