Tamales coated in Whisp crumbles

Makes 4 Tamales


4 frozen or refrigerated prepared tamales

2-4 tablespoons Olive oil

1 cup crumbled Cello Parmesan Whisps

Sour Cream drizzle



  1. Steam tamales around edge of steamer with open end facing up for 20-30 minutes if frozen & 15-20 minutes if refrigerated.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in frying pan on medium-high heat.
  3. Roll steamed tamales in Cello Parmesan Whisp crumbles & flash fry in heated oil for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to platter & top with sour cream drizzle & fresh cilantro
