Makes 4 Tamales
4 frozen or refrigerated prepared tamales
2-4 tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup crumbled Cello Parmesan Whisps
Sour Cream drizzle
- Steam tamales around edge of steamer with open end facing up for 20-30 minutes if frozen & 15-20 minutes if refrigerated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Roll steamed tamales in Cello Parmesan Whisp crumbles & flash fry in heated oil for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to platter & top with sour cream drizzle & fresh cilantro
